The Charity Tournament Night is going to be held on July 14th at the Windemere Hotel and Conference Center in Sierra Vista, AZ. We are hoping for 150 players to attend this event and play in the poker tournament. Only the first 150 Players will have a seat reserved in the tournament. The cost for this evening event is $100 if you pay in advanced at www.svnnpoker.eventzilla.net or $120 dollars at the door. (We are sold out of tickets so this option is no longer available) If you wish to attend the event and not play in the tournament, then entry will be $40, and you can pay at the door. All attendees who want to play, but did not purchase a ticket in advanced will be placed on a Reserve Player list in case one of the 150 ticket holders is a no-show.

The first 150 ticket holders who attend will receive $10,000 dollars worth of poker chips to use in the tournament, should they decide to play. Complimentary catering service, access to a bar (not an open bar so bring money for drinks), and live entertainment from Desert Fever Jazz Band will be on site and available to you with your Entry Ticket. Because of Arizona Gaming Laws, there will be no Re-buys or Add-ons offered during the tournament as it gives players an unfair advantage at winning the Grand Prize. This also takes a lot of money out of our prize pool, which will result in only the top 16 seats being paid out - Instead of the original 24)

The tournament will run for 8-10 hours on July 14th and will start at 12pm sharp. Check-in will be from 10 to 1130 AM. We will run the tournament until we are down to the final 10 players with blinds averaging 18 to 30 minutes each (Final Blind Schedule to be posted during the event.) The Tournament will start at 12PM sharp! You will have until the end of the 2nd blind to arrive and claim your seat. If you don't arrive, your seat will be resold to a reserve player.

Once the tournament has started, players will be allowed to leave the table for breaks, to get a drink, or get some food. Scheduled Tournament Breaks will be available after each hour of game play and will last 10 minutes. Longer 30 minute breaks will be used while coloring up chips. 

When we reach our final 10 players, we will break for the evening and return the following afternoon on Sunday July 15th to host a live stream showdown with the final 10 players. We will be using a special built RFID enabled poker table with special RFID playing cards to give us automated pocket card information for graphic overlays on the live stream. This will look just like a professional WSOP video production and will pull thousands of views through social media.

The grand prize for this tournament is a 10,000 dollar entry into the 50th Annual WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas, NV in July of 2019. Airfare and Hotel stay are also included. The winner will be sent on a contract that promises 10% of any winnings also be donated to the Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Shelter. Alternatively, the grand prize winner will have the choice of taking a $5000 dollar prize instead. 2nd through 16th will also receive cash payouts based on 150 players in attendance.

Food will be served from 2PM until 6PM during the main Tournament on July 14th, 2018. There will be raffle tickets available for sale for $1 a piece or 20 tickets for $20 to give you the opportunity to win an assortment of awesome prizes. We will also be selling a special limited edition run of T-shirts for only $20 dollars. 

All proceeds will be donated directly to the Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Shelter in Sierra Vista Arizona who is nearly always at capacity. We are hoping this additional funding will give the shelter extra resources to avoid euthinization of animals at the Shelter as well as promote pet adoptions throughout Cochise County.
